Arrival Procedure

Easy Parking Meet & Greet provide you with a phone number when you are booking your space. It is that number that you should call when you are approximately 20 minutes away to advise them of your arrival. Follow the signs for Short Stay parking when you arrive and enter the Red Car Park, taking a ticket and arriving at the canopied walkway. Your representative will meet you at that point and you should provide him or her with your ticket, booking confirmation and arrival time, date and flight number as well as your keys.

Useful Information

Easy Parking Meet & Greet is only available for flights leaving and arriving between 4 am and 10pm. Any flights outside of these hours will not be eligible for booking. Your car will be stored off airport at a secure facility that has CCTV coverage, security lighting entrance and exit barriers, regular security patrols, perimeter fencing and infra red detection systems. Your vehicle should have enough petrol in it to allow for the 13 mile round trip to and from the car park.
