The Comstrad Valet Parking Meet & Greet facility at Stansted is highly rated by previous customers and is regularly described as a superb service that is affordable but comprehensive for all travellers. It is incredibly convenient with no transfers required as all travellers will be met at the terminal and so can reduce the hassle of finding a spot elsewhere.

Arrival Procedure

All customers are asked to call Comstrad as soon as they exit the motorway. The number on which to do so is given in the booking confirmation. During the call, your designated chauffeur will tell you where to go to although during busy times you may not be able to speak to him or her immediately and so should go to the Red Short Stay car park. Take a ticket and park opposite Row N by the covered walkway. When your chauffeur arrives, he or she will check your car for damage and confirm your travel details for your return.

Return Procedure

A text message will be waiting for you when you switch your mobile on upon landing but wait until you have collected your luggage before calling the Comstrad phone number to confirm your return. Your car will be waiting with the chauffeur in the Red Short Stay car park with a prepaid ticket for you to exit the car park.

Useful Information

All chauffeurs are uniformed and are required to carry insurance details and ID so feel free to ask for them if you feel the need. You should also fully inspect your car before accepting it upon your return so that any damage is noted. The car park that your car will be stored on is to be found approximately 10 miles off airport so you should make sure that there is enough petrol in the tank to cover the distance. It is covered by CCTV and surrounded by security fencing too for your peace of mind.
