Arrival Procedure

When you book your spot at Newcastle Airport Meet & Greet, you will be given a telephone number to call when you are approximately 30 minutes away from the car park. When you arrive, park in the Short Stay Car Park 3 outside the terminal building. A representative will then be there to meet you and receive the car from you.

Return Procedure

As soon as you have collected your luggage, you must notify the car park of your return. Call the number you were provided with or use the white courtesy phone in the baggage area to dial 555. After informing them of your return, go to Short Stay Car Park 3 and your car will be there for collection.
