Arrival Procedure

When you are 10 minutes away from the airport, call the phone number provided on your booking confirmation to ensure that your arrival time is correct. If you are leaving from Terminal 1, head to the International Departures area to find your driver at the set down area. If you leave from Terminal 2, go up the ramp to the drop off area outside the terminal building. If you are leaving from Terminal 3, follow the signs to the British Airways departures area and go to the drop off area.

Return Procedure

When you arrive back, clear customs and collect your luggage before calling the phone number you were provided in the booking confirmation. Your vehicle will then be returned to you opposite arrivals if you are at Terminal 1, by National Car Rentals at Terminal 2 or at BA Departures at Terminal 3.
