Arrival Procedure

When you arrive at the Long Stay Terminal 1 & 3 car park, pull up to the barrier and insert the card that you used during the booking procedure into the control panel to confirm your arrival. Remove your card when your booking is recognised and drive through the raised barrier to find a space. If you encounter a problem, press the buzzer and confirm your booking reference to the attendant. Do not use a different card because you will be charged again.

Return Procedure

Follow the same procedure as you did upon arrival in reverse. Be sure to use the same card.

Useful Information

The Long Stay Terminal 1 & 3 car park is excellent in terms of security, as the Park Mark Safer Parking Award will attest to. The car park is fenced and has excellent lighting. The entry and exit barriers are automated and there are also 24 hour patrols so you can have peace of mind.

Parking Restrictions

There are parking bays for disabled drivers at the Long Stay Terminal 1 & 3 car park but they are allocated on a first come first served basis. There are no restrictions on disabled drivers but is a maximum vehicle height of 2.2m in place. No trailers are allowed.
