How can I book a hotel and airport car parking?
When you get a quote from Go park ‘n’ fly you can select just car parking, or you can select a Parking and Hotel package.
How will I be charged to park at the Hotel?
If you choose a Parking and Hotel package, the hotels which are displayed will cover the parking duration of your trip. This will be inclusive in the price quoted to you through GoParkn‘n’Fly
Where will my car be parked?
This depends entirely on the type of package you have paid for. Your car could be parked on site at the hotel, at an off site location chosen by the hotel or at an airport car park.
What happens to my car if my trip or holiday is extended?
If your trip is extended for any reason and you need to park for longer than originally booked you will need to pay for the extra days directly to the car park or hotel where the car has been parked.
What are the Mystery Hotels?
These are hotels where a special rate has been negotiated for you to give you a discounted rate. They are hotels which are located near to your chosen airport. These hotels can not be cancelled as they are non-refundable and non-amendable.
How often do the transfers to the airport run?
The transfer arrangements are made by the hotel; so it varies. The information is available in the information sections of the hotel so it is best to check this information prior to making any booking.
If you have selected an APH car park and hotel package then the transfers are provided by the car parks which means they will usually run more frequently than those from the hotel.
Is there a cost for the transfers to and from the airport?
Transfers which are made by the hotel will vary in cost so it is best to check the Hotel information prior to making a booking.
Some of the hotels offer a complimentary shuttle whereas other hotels will charge a small fee.
If you have selected an APH car park and hotel package then the transfers are provided by the car parks which means they are free as the cost has been covered in the overall fee.
Is breakfast available at the hotels?
Many people who book a hotel and car parking package are travelling early in the morning; so will not require a breakfast.
However, if a breakfast is required then this can usually be arranged with the hotel at an additional cost. The details for breakfast can be found in the additional information section of each hotel.
Some hotels will provide travelers who are leaving early with an option of a continental breakfast or a grab and run option.
Do you have family rooms available?
Family rooms are available for adults travelling with children. These are not usually for use of adults travelling with adults as additional rooms would need to be booked.
Most family rooms will have one double bed and room for a cot with additional single beds. The amount of single beds in the family rooms will vary from hotel to hotel. Most Hotel family rooms will cater for children for up to the age of 16 years of age.
