Formerly known as Q-Park, Quality Airport Parking at Heathrow is easily one of the best options for those looking to store their car in a secure environment when they are away. The high technology undercover car park is state of the art and serves all terminals. Located just 2.7 miles off airport, transfers are available for the 7 minute journey on demand so you can get to check in on time for incredible value for money.

Arrival Procedure

Head to the Quality Airport Parking compound and follow the signs for check in. When you get there, go through the car scanner area and look for the parking attendant. He or she will show you where to park up before removing your belongings from the car and checking in at reception. You will be given a vehicle return voucher and your mileage and petrol will be checked prior to catching a transfer to the terminal.

Return Procedure

Call 0208 990 1302 when you have cleared customs upon your arrival. You will be asked to confirm your voucher number before being told which bus stop to head to in order to catch your transfer back. As soon as you arrive at the Quality Airport Parking compound, hand in your voucher and pick up your car in the designated returns area.

Parking Restrictions

There are certain restrictions that apply to customers. For example, bikes are not allowed on transfer shuttles but ski equipment and snowboards are. There are also some disabled facilities available. However, any vehicles that are above 2.15m, including those with roof racks, are not accepted by Quality Airport Parking. Parking is made at the owner’s risk with a full condition report being performed upon arrival.
