Arrival Procedure

When you arrive at the Purple Parking car park, head to the entrance point. It will be manned at all times so check in there before heading to your designated parking space. The staff will direct you there.

Return Procedure

You will be given a phone number on arrival at the Purple Parking car park and you should call it when you get back to arrange a transfer back to the car park. You will need to go to your designated bus stop for collection. Upon arrival to the car park, you should head to reception where your car will be waiting for you.

Useful Information

The Purple Parking compound has been awarded the Park Mark Safer Parking Award. Not only are all cars fully insured whilst in the car park, but there is also 24 hour CCTV, security fencing, security barriers and floodlighting. You should leave extra time if you are arriving during the rush hour because the roads around the car park do tend to get very busy. You will also need to call the car park if you have disability needs that must be fulfilled prior to booking.

Parking Restrictions

There are restrictions on vehicles that are 2.4m or above because they will not be able to fit through the tunnel that is on the approach to the car park. Vans with a height less than 2.4m are acceptable. Further restrictions are placed on items for transfer to the terminal. Bikes, surfboards and other similar items are too large for transportation.
