Arrival Procedure

When you arrive at the terminal you are flying from, head to the designated area to be met by the Purple Parking Meet & Greet chauffeur. He or she is immediately identifiable by the Purple Parking ID and black jacket and cap. Hand over your car and wait to receive information about retrieving your car when you get back. If you are going to be late then be sure to call the car park to let them know or else your chauffeur may not be able to meet you.

Return Procedure

You will be given full details of the departure procedure when you arrive but you will have to call the number provided to you to arrange for collection upon landing.

The Purple Parking Meet & Greet car park is incredible secure. Located off airport, it has been awarded the Park Mark for safer parking and features 24 hour CCTV, floodlighting, security fencing and barrier controls at the entrance and exit. There are certain restrictions placed on the Purple Parking Meet & Greet service. For example, the service is only available between 5am and midnight. It is not suitable for arrivals and departures outside of those times. In addition, vehicles of over 2.4m are not accepted as a result of height restrictions placed on the approach to the car park. Finally, a £25 charge is levied in the event of a no-show or a cancellation less than an hour before your arrival.
