Arrival Procedure

The arrival procedure at Meet & Greet varies depending on the terminal that you are flying from. No matter which terminal you are going to, you will need to call the service ten minutes before you arrive at the airport. The number can be found in the confirmation email that was sent to you. After confirming your arrival, you will be given instructions on where to meet your chauffeur. However, you should head to the departures area when you arrive.

Return Procedure

As soon as you arrive back at your terminal, collect your luggage and clear customs. As soon as you have done so, call the same number to confirm your arrival and you will be given instructions on where to meet your chauffeur to collect your car.

The Meteor Meet & Greet car park is located on airport and has several security features to ensure that your car is safe. It has security lighting, regular security patrols around the clock, a swipe gate entry system and perimeter fencing. There are numerous other facilities available at the Meteor Meet & Greet car park too. Cars that are modified for disabilities are accepted but long or extended wheel based vehicles are not. All chauffeurs are comprehensively insured to drive every other form of car.

Parking Restrictions

This service is not available from midnight to 4.45am so if you are due to arrive or depart between those hours then it is not suitable. In addition, there is only a limited service available on major holidays, including Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.
