The Long Stay Terminals 1, 2 & 3 car parking facilities is one of the best known for its value for money. It can be found on airport, serving the first three terminals and taking between 7 and 15 minutes to get to them, depending on the terminal you want of course! Transfers get you to the terminals every 10 minutes so you might want to consider this particular recipient of the Park Mark Safer Paring Award at Heathrow Airport.Arrival Procedure
The Long Stay Terminals 1, 2 & 3 employs Automatic Number Plate Recognition so you will have to double check your number plate information before confirming your booking. When you arrive, simply pull up to the entrance, take a ticket and head to the parking zone you are designated. Your number plate should be printed on the ticket. If it is not then it will state “Cashier”. Do not worry about this until you get back.Return Procedure
When you arrive back at Heathrow, head to the Long Stay Courtesy Coach Pick Up Point if you arrive at terminals 1 or 2 and Bus Stop 17 at terminal 3. Catch the shuttle back to the car park and collect your car. Drive to the exit and insert the ticket into the barrier. If your number plate has been recognised then you will be able to leave. If not, you will need to go to the customer services office first and give them your booking confirmation number.Useful Information
The Long Stay Terminals 1, 2 & 3 car park has numerous safety and security facilities available to make sure that your car is completely safe when you are away. There is 24 hour monitoring via CCTV, security fencing, floodlighting at night and regular security patrols. You are also covered by insurance on the car park if your car is damaged when you are away. There are regular transfers to the terminals and from the terminals between the hours of 4.45am and 11.45pm.
