Arrival Procedure

It is recommended that you arrive at the Direct Parking facility 30 minutes prior to checking in to ensure that there is no rush. Simply drive to the check in bay and sign your car in. You will then be allocated an empty space in which to park. Go to the space and ensure that your car is locked before heading to the reception. You will then have a transfer called for you immediately.

Return Procedure

Upon arriving back, simply call the number provided to you by Direct Parking when you checked in. They will then send a courtesy transfer vehicle to pick you up. All you then have to do is get in your car and head home.
