Arrival Procedure

When you arrive at Long Stay Car Park 4, pull up to the entry barrier and press the button for a ticket. Never insert your credit card if you have pre-booked. As soon as you have your ticket, choose a parking space and then head to the shuttle point. This is by the entry barrier. The bus should come within 5 minutes but if it does not then use the intercom to notify the attendant of this fact.

Return Procedure

When you arrive back to the car park via the shuttle, go straight to the car park office and give the attendant your ticket in addition to your booking confirmation number. After that, simply pick up your car and insert your validated ticket into the barrier slot. Again, do not insert a credit card.
