Arrival Procedure

When you arrive at the Park & Fly, head to the reception and check in. When your car is registered, hand the keys to the attendant and go to catch a transfer. Your car will be taken care of for you.

Return Procedure

When you arrive back, call the Park & Fly number that you have been given upon booking. They will then arrange a shuttle for you to get you to the car park. When you get there, your car will be waiting at reception for you.

Useful Information

The security at the Park & Fly is comprehensive and knowing a little about it will certainly give you peace of mind. There are CCTV cameras operating 24 hours a day, floodlighting, a 6 foot security fence, a manual barrier system and regular security patrols that are performed complete with guard dogs. Trailers are permitted in the Park & Fly car park but you will have to book two spaces and they are not allowed in the 10 disabled spaces. There are also disabled toilets, buses and assistance available. If you are disabled and you prefer, you can be transferred in your own car for an extra charge. Although you are advised to take all valuables out of the car, your vehicle is covered for negligence when you are away. The insurance is comprehensive but does not cover loose items, electrical failure or mechanical failure.
