Arrival Procedure

Simply take a ticket from the entry barrier then park your car. Head for the bus stop with your luggage and take the courtesy coach and transfer to the terminal. Upon your return to the terminal head to the NCP customer services who will guide you to the shuttle bus. At the car park go to the information desk and hand over your ticket / voucher. You can then exit the car park The Cardiff On Airport Parking facility is fully secured with CCTV and patrolled by staff.

Disabled parking spaces are available near the exit. Routes without steps to the terminal with wheelchair anchors and kneeling facilities available on the courtesy coaches.
